Only graphics are still outdated but with mods you can actually make it look better than skyrim without mods. Yes grapics were one of the best during that time when it was released. I have all 4 elder scrolls (not counting those spin offs) and morrowind was by far the best while oblivion weakest.īest part yet you are critisising morrowind about lack of facial expression and puppet type of animation DURING TIME WHEN THAT WAS BEST THAT PEOPLE COULD DO. Heck it was almost impossible to die in those two at start while in morrowind the world rapes you unless you power game.īest part yet you are critisising morrowind about lack of facial expression and puppet type of animation DURING TIME WHEN THAT WAS BEST THAT PEOPLE COULD DO. If something skyrim and oblivion were easy.

Looks like someone haven't actually played whole game trough yet. Oblivion got the fighting, Skyrim got the Facepalm. Skyrim I spend less than a minute killing the big stuff like Dragons, I wouldn't even need to run away in that game. I became the leader of the Fighters, Mages, Thiefs and Assasins guild using a female Redgard character with custom class settings and achieved that without much challenge sadly. leveled up Goblins in Oblivion could be a grind but the combat was way more intresting and I had to run away if I got into trouble I could not teleport. Morrowind has insane amount of factions but with puppet type animation, lack of NPCs facial expressions and text dialogue is so dry, Sadly I did not care what anyone of them was upto and stood for. Combat sucked and you could run away like a little girl too easy for my tastes. Or just levitate which sometimes got a bit tricky as its not instant like using the teleport magic.
